Hi,
We have only just started selling on BrickOwl, having sold on Bricklink since 2001.

I am 99% sure that our inventory is correct but there may be the odd item that will not be correct. If we cannot find a piece we will contact you asap and request an item removal & continue with the order or cancel the entire order if you would like to. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Welcome, please take your time to familiarize yourself with our store policies. The majority of our stock is New, coming from sets, that have been split and only being handled for sorting. New stock is always being added regularly.

The "used" parts for sale have been checked for dents & bite marks etc. Only parts that have not had "hard" life are listed.

All orders are picked on a 1-2 working day time frame (except weekends when the time frame starts from the Monday) See Notes Below.

All payments to be received within 7 days. If payment is not received within these time frames a NPB will be initiated.

Postage & Packing

I will always email to let buyers know when the Lego is posted. The majority of orders are shipped in a padded envelope or small box, although if a part is fragile then we will find a suitable box.

We charge the actual postage cost plus 70p

 
Feedback Policy Feedback is left on completion of the order. This means when I have had confirmation from the buyer that they have received their order. This Feedback Policy is the one reccommended by Bricklink Admin.
Other Issues I try to keep the inventory listed as accurate as possible, if I have made a mistake & cannot locate a part for your order, then you will have the option to cancel the total order or I can deduct the amount of the missing items from the order total.

Additions To Orders:
To make things run more efficiently and smoothly. I would appreciate it that if you are likely to want to add to your order, please mention this in your order comments box. I can then pick the entire order all at once :-)

Returns:
We can accept returns that the buyer has bought by mistake. The return postage cost is the buyers responsibility
